Private Sessions

A 55 minute session, consisting of one student and one instructor, utilising the Pilates equipment that the teacher and client choose. A private session provides you the opportunity to have a personalised workout only for you. It will also allow you have time to ask questions and learn the language of Pilates in the most effective way. This session is mandatory before any group class if you have never done Pilates before, if you are injured, or you have not exercised in a long time.

Duet Sessions

A 55 minute session, consisting of two students and one instructor utilising the Pilates equipment. It is necessary that students interested in duets take private sessions first.  A duet will prepare you for the possibility of working out independently in the future. It is recommended that you supply your own partner, however, we can try to match you with someone at your level and availability that will work for you.

Group Reformer Sessions

A 55-minute Pilates class that is limited to 4 students so the instructor can give each student individual instruction. It is important that you attend the appropriate level for your ability. Everybody’s process is different and will be taken care of in the class. (If you are a beginner or you haven’t taken Pilates classes for more than 6 months, it is necessary that you take at least 4 private lessons before you start a group.)

Group Cardio Reformer Sessions

This class is geared toward the intermediate & advanced reformer clients.  It's excellent for the cardio enthusiasts!  The hour long class will take you through various jumps lying on your back or side using the springs as resistance. It is very low impact to the joints and will work your feet, legs, butt, abdominals and stamina.  Some classes will incorporate upper body strengthening as well.  Get ready to sweat!

Pilates For Men

Men are welcome to take any of our regularly scheduled classes, but this specific men's class will focus on areas of the body that men typically need improvement.  This includes tight hamstrings, hip flexors, lower back, abdominals, stamina, and much more!
